John is based in Europe and has over 20 years experience in multi-national project and programme roles in areas such as: IT, Programme Management, Business Analysis, Outsourcing, Offshore Delivery Management, Change Management and Software Development.
John is a qualified PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute and is responsible for ensuring the alignment of the BMTG course portfolios to the PMI Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) and Professional Development Units (PDUs).
Over the years, John has worked with culturally diverse teams, coaching, mentoring and training them to deliver exceptional results in both project and operational environments. His focused approach to delivery and his approach to problem resolution have brought professional acclaim from both his peers and his clients.
During this time, John has worked in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia either on specific country based programs or on global mission critical change programs.
His primary industry experiences are in Banking, Insurance, Telecoms and the Travel industry.
