The multidimensional expertise demanded by this Study Program will give you a macro perspective of strategic sourcing, cultural awareness, risk and compliance issues, organizational global strategy, logistics and social responsibility. The integrated skill set required to reach the professional designation in areas like commodity management, supplier diversity and supplier relationship management will drive value in every link in the Supply Chain.

Knowledge in areas such as finance and benchmarking of global suppliers is also covered in this program.

Delivery Method

Package 1: Full Blended Learning with Tutor Support

• The BMTG/SCE CPSM® Study Program Package 1 is a blended delivery model combining in-depth study materials with simulated exam questions, pre-recorded audio reviews and 15 x 3hr live virtual sessions for the very best learning experience (45 hrs in total).
• The program is a blend of key concepts, group exercises and case studies with audience participation. Delivery will be informative, fast-paced with interactive group exercises which reflect the sharing of global best practices, with learnings reinforced through a tutor interaction
• The BMTG/SCE CPSM Study Program is accessed 100% on demand at your convenience via the BMTG e-Learning Academy portal which includes detailed study materials with practical examples
• Audio presentations with CPSM alerts (you do not need to purchase any additional review materials).
• Each participant will have access to over 1,200 simulated exam sample questions including question and answer methodologies.
• Each module has a comprehensive, simulated exam which is the last pulse-check before taking the ISM external exam.
• Delegates have the option of attending 15 hours of live Zoom review tutorials per module which will run at predetermined times (see course event calendar for details)

Package 2: Self-Paced Learning with Limited Tutor Support

• The BMTG/SCE CPSM® Study Program Package 2 is a structured self-paced option providing delegates with full access to all the learning materials as per Package 1 but without the 45 hours of live zoom tutorials.
• Delegates are encouraged to structure their self-paced learning within the package 1 timetable but this is not essential.
• As a bonus, delegates who select Package 2 will have the option of one 3hrs live group Q&A session with a course tutor at the end of each module. This Q&A sessions will be conducted at pre-set times.

Certification

Attaining the CPSM® credential is based on passing the 3 external examinations and certification is provided separately by the Institute of Supply Management: ISM

As a bonus, at the conclusion of each module, participants have the option to purchase a Certificate of Completion endorsed Missouri State University

Patrick S. Woods

For the past 30 years, Patrick S. Woods has had the phenomenal opportunity to work and train with over 300 companies in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Asia, Netherlands, Middle East, Africa (Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa), India, Central America, Former Soviet Union and Latin America in various facets of SCM, including training, certifications and consulting solutions.

Patrick has a wealth of experience in materials management and supply chain consulting solutions for high volume, fast paced organizations such as Emerson Electric, EDS, Clark Equipment, Intergraph, Perot Systems and NEC. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas specializing in logistics, transportation and marketing.

He now offers various SCM trainings in collaboration with Missouri State University, USA.
